Wood is a natural resource; therefore variations in color, texture and grain are possible. Wood characteristics naturally occurring such as variations in color, grain, mineral streaks, pinholes and knots are not considered defects. Color variations in wood are a natural occurance due to species, region of growth, age, etc. Wood by nature will undergo expansion and contraction movements as it compensates and adjusts to changes in humidity and temperature. Cracks will naturally develop with age as wood dries out.

How to Submit a Claim

Submitting a claim is easy! All warranty claims on upholstered and cased goods (as noted above) can be submitted via the Diamond Kote Warranty portal, by phone or email. If submitting via the website, select the “Start New Claim” button.

To ensure your claim is processed as fast as possible, please have the following items ready for when you submit the claim.

1. Your P3 Plan Number, which can be found on the warranty contract details emailed to you directly from support@w3solutions.ca. This contract will only be emailed to you once you receive your products from us. 

2. The manufacturer, model and serial number (sku) of the product you are submitting a claim on. This information can be found on the purchase addendums you would have received from us at time of purchase.  

Manufacturer: You enter ‘designQ’ in this field
Model: The name of the product (ie: the Wilson Dining Table)
Serial: The product sku (ie: TN-1052-R)

3. Photo’s of the damage and any receipt or invoices confirming the purchase of the product from designQ Shop.
