designQ is the interior design centre for 3 of Edmonton’s largest home builders – Pacesetter Homes, Sterling Homes & Streetside Developments – all a part of the Qualico Group of Companies.
We first opened our doors in the Summer of 2013, offering interior selection appointments. Here clients are able to select just about every interior finish for the inside of their new home – from plumbing to cabinets to paint, and everything in between! Check out our interior selections website if you are building a home with one of the above mentioned builders.
designQ opened up the showhome division 2 years later, where our talented team of designers started to plan, design, and execute the interior finishes complete with furniture and decor selections for the builders showhomes.
Fast forward to 2020 and designQ has now opened the designQ shop! Qualico clients and the general public can purchase furniture and decor items seen in the beautifully curated showhomes.

Please be aware that no furniture is physically for sale in the showhomes. We are able to order you the exact piece, or a variation of, for you! This means that you will never get an already tested out piece of furniture – everything will be brand new just for you.
