How long does it take to deliver my products to me?

Shipping time from the manufacturer varies between 8 – 14 weeks for products to arrive at our warehouse in Edmonton, Alberta. Once all of your items arrive, we will contact you for delivery or pickup!

At this time we are only offering delivery services with a delivery address in the following cities in Alberta, Canada:

Where is your warehouse located?

Our warehouse is located in the west side of Edmonton, Alberta. Pickups from our warehouse are free.

How do I know if my items will fit the door of my home?

Before you place your order, ensure you have measured your space for delivery. Tight doorways, narrow stairwells and halls can sometimes pose a problem for delivery of new furniture. It’s best to ensure your new items can fit in – and into – your home before placing your order. Click here to see how to measure correctly. 

Can designQ set up my furniture for me?

If you are looking for no added work then the white glove service is just for you! It includes full service delivery and assembly of all* your items, including garbage removal! * Maximum of 5 items including in price. Additional items extra.

How does porch drop off work?

If you choose to have your items dropped off at your home with no set up, there are 2 options to select from – Small Item and Large Item. 

Small Items included all wall decor, art, lighting, area rugs and ottomans. Large items is everything else! 

Our delivery staff will leave your product(s) in a nicely wrapped package on your front porch. They will snap a picture and email it to you with a confirmation of delivery.
